As an Account Associate, you're an important link between Hotel Operations and Finance, supporting our hotels across Europe with accounting and administrative processes so they can focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. From reconciling payments and resolving discrepancies to supporting accounts receivable activities, you enjoy finding practical solutions and providing reliable support to our hotel teams. As a trusted point of contact, you help colleagues confidently navigate accounting-related processes and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

You work independently, stay organised, and bring a strong service mindset to everything you do. With experience in Accounts Receivable and the hotel industry, you confidently navigate accounting processes in a hotel environment. Knowledge of Opera or a comparable PMS, as well as fluency in German and English, complete your profile. Whether you're based in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, or another city where TFE Hotels operates a property, this role offers the flexibility to work from one of our hotel locations across Germany.
