Ihre Aufgaben:
- Einsatzplanung und Führung des Teams
- Verantwortung für den Restaurantbetrieb & herzlicher Gastgeber für unsere Gäste
- Schulungen und Unterstützung der individuellen Entwicklung der Kollegen
- Verantwortung für die Tagesabrechnung
- Organisation eines reibungslosen und gehobenen Serviceablaufs
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und -prozesse
- Verantwortung für Dein Budget und Wareneinsätze
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie/ Hotellerie
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der 4-5* Hotellerie
- Freude am Gästekontakt
- Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
