Your Responsibilities

• Support the Executive & Head Chef in the day-to-day operation and act as their deputy when required
• Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
• Ensure smooth and efficient service operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
• Assist with staff scheduling, ordering, stock control, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with all quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Contribute creatively to the development of menus, seasonal dishes, and culinary concepts

What You'll Bring

• Completed culinary training and several years of experience in upscale dining or hospitality
• Previous leadership experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory role
• A passion for premium ingredients and contemporary cuisine
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and independent working style
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• The ability to stay calm and lead by example during busy service periods
• A hands-on attitude, strong commitment, and enthusiasm for achieving success together
